Water’s Edge Family & Cosmetic Dentistry sponsors March of Dimes golf tournament

Dr. Nicole Dahlkemper, owner of Water's Edge Family & Cosmetic Dentistry in Mt. Pleasant, SC, joined up with the Dog & Duck Pub for their 6th Annual March of Dimes Charity Golf Tournament on April 18, 2011. As an Eagle Sponsor, Water’s Edge Family & Cosmetic Dentistry was able to sponsor a golf team to compete in the tournament.

As a way to show their appreciation to their patients, the office offered the spots to their patients. "We really love our patients and what better way to show it than giving them a day of fun and a free round of golf while raising money for an amazing charity, such as the March of Dimes," says Dr. Dahlkemper.

Our lucky participants included: Shannon Odom, Bill Whatley, Kim Boykin and Frank Taylor. The Water's Edge team met up with the golfers afterwards at the Dog & Duck on Long Point where they continued to raise money with raffles and silent auctions. From early reports the event raised well over $100,000 for the local chapter of March of Dimes.
